The Joy of Baking

A miserable, damp, grey day for the last day of the holidays, but Super Girl and I did our best to lighten the gloom with Joy the Baker’s wonderful cinnamon sugar pull-apart bread. It’s not going to have done anything to lighten us though!

Unlike last time, we managed to take a picture. We made a couple of tweaks to the recipe: using half a cup of sugar rather than a full cup, and adding in some dark chocolate dots. The best yet!
