Flipping Pancakes!

February 13, 2011

On a miserable, grey Saddleworth morning, what better to fortify Boy Wonder for a morning of rugby, than pancakes?

Not Canadian style, but plain old-fashioned ones made with 100g flour, 1 egg and 300 ml of milk, cooked one ladleful at a time in a hot frying pan. Add lemon juice and sugar, and that’s the way to start the day!

I think pancakes are always appealing. I don’t know why I don’t make them more often really, because they are so easy.
