spaghetti junction

It has to be a quick meal on Mondays, so that Boy Wonder and Super Girl can head off to the climbing centre. I did my best to be organised and made double quantities of the bolognaise sauce:

Finely chop 2 onions and soften in some olive oil. Then add in a bag of quorn mince, and brown it. Add in 5 or 6 chopped mushrooms. 6 chopped sundried tomatoes and 3 cans of chopped tomatoes. And that’s it. Then you just have to let it cook away until you’re ready to cook your spaghetti and serve.
